One of the main reasons I chose to work with Elix was to help me with my professional career development after completing my residency. Stepping into a physician leadership role in a private practice was a very different situation from what I had experienced as a resident.

To establish myself as a leader in my group, I needed to upgrade my thought process and truly understand what it takes to be a successful physician in my organization.
