At the time we began working with Elix, our organization was relatively young (4 years).  As a company organized around medical professionals who are highly trained, there were incidents of disagreement that were eroding the fundamental business goals of the new environment. The challenge involved assisting people to recognize the value of compromise to help move the company in the right direction. 

 With Elix’s help, people began to explain their positions more rationally and become more contemplative and deliberate relative to business problem-solving. Elix effectively removed the emotion from these discussions, allowing us to focus on the important potential solutions for increased success. 

Elix continues his business counseling relationships with our key leadership team members today.
