I used to struggle with interpersonal conflicts, navigating big personalities, and finding the confidence to fully step into my leadership potential.

Today, I’ve tapped into my leadership abilities and elevated my presence as a leader. By openly sharing my vision, I’ve gained the support of my department, who are now rallying around me and our shared goals.

As a result, interpersonal conflicts within the team have decreased, and we are moving forward with greater unity and purpose.
