Our agency partnered with Coach Elix to strengthen the capacity of our supervisors and managers in fostering and supporting an inclusive workforce.

Through comprehensive training and coaching, Coach Elix equipped our leaders with the knowledge and skills to recognize and address bias, raise awareness of unconscious bias, and engage in meaningful dialogue.

He created a safe and welcoming learning environment—both virtually and in-person—that encouraged open conversation and participation.

The combination of training and coaching has empowered our employees to grow, embrace accountability, and demonstrate inclusive behaviors. Our managers are now better prepared to navigate challenging discussions on sensitive topics—conversations many once struggled to have.
