Reset, Discipline and Recovery

Resetting is not quitting.
Resting is not weakness.

Real discipline is not about constantly pushing yourself to exhaustion.

It’s about knowing when to train, when to recover, and when to reset.

Strength is not only built in the grind.
It’s also built in the recovery.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause, recharge, reflect, and prepare for what’s next.

Reset is not a setback.
Reset is a strategy.
